Crossing the Jordan |
Crossing the Jordan operates an 18-month residential Life Transformation Program. The program serves women and mothers with children who are addicted, homeless, battered, or are victims of human trafficking. The residential program provides 12 Step groups, parenting, counseling, mentoring, and job skills training. Programs provide long-term transitional assistance in securing permanent housing and career placement. As a gift, each graduate is provided a vehicle upon graduation. |
